Cancellation Policy

You and your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Last minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee for half of the service’s value before being able to rebook another service. Thank you!
